    The challenge

The goal was to teach cybersecurity through play, in VR, in time to show it to visitors at a major industry event. Event demos leave no room for setup problems. The experience has to run smoothly on a standalone headset, make sense to people trying VR for the first time, and support the multiplayer features the client needed.

    What I built

    • Educational VR gameplay for Meta Quest 2 in Unity
    • Multiplayer sessions networked with Photon
    • PlayFab backend integration
    • A build ready for live demos on the GISEC Global show floor

    Results

    • Showcased at GISEC Global in Dubai, April 2024
    • Built for the same client as the WebGL phishing awareness game, which has its own case study
